Please note it is the responsibility of the PATIENT to verify in-network coverage and know copay/deductible/coinsurance information for services prior to the start of treatment.

Sessions are 30-55 minutes long and can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on the level of need.
Should you late cancel (< 24 hours' notice) or no show your appointment, a $90 fee will be applied.
Insurance will not cover this fee - Exceptions to this policy are:
- Medical emergency or sudden illness -Family emergency - Unexpected technology issues - Unexpected work schedule change - Transportation issue - Weather Events (snow, power outage from a storm, etc.) Should payment not be completed for services rendered, a 1.25% interest rate will be applied for each month payment is outstanding as well as the possibility of legal action being taken. Treatment will also be terminated.
