Sessions are 30-55 minutes long and can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on the level of need.
Should you late cancel (< 24 hours' notice) or no show your appointment, an $85 fee will be applied.
Insurance will not cover this fee
Exceptions to this policy are:
- Medical emergency or sudden illness
- Unexpected technology issues
- Unexpected work schedule change
- Transportation issue
- Weather Events (snow, power outage from a storm, etc.)
Should payment not be completed for services rendered, a 1.25% interest rate will be applied for each month payment is outstanding as well as the possibility of legal action being taken. Treatment will also be terminated.
Please note it is the responsibility of the PATIENT to verify in-network coverage and know copay/deductible/coinsurance information for services prior to the start of treatment.

Out of Pocket Fees can be provided upon request
Fees are payable in the form of:

Flex Spending Account card
A sliding scale fee schedule can be set up upon discussion.
